Heart will be the music guest on The Wayne Brady Show, Thursday, September 18th, 9am to 10am (Eastern Time). This show IS NOT broadcast on a major network such as nbc, cbs, or abc, so you'll have to check in your local area for the "Syndicated" channel that carries this show.
WORD OF WARNING: The last time Heart was the music guest on the Craig Kilborn show, it was just Ann and Nancy and somebody else who WASN'T GILBY. (But when they were the music guest on Jay Leno, GILBY WAS AWESOME.) So whether or not GILBY will be a part of this, we'll have to wait and see. This is how it's posted on the Heart website: "Ann and Nancy will be appearing on the Wayne Brady Show on September 17th. It will be aired on the 18th."
Edited to add: I got that syndicated channel and time info from the VH1 RockOnTV listing, but according to the newspaper here in NYC, The Wayne Brady Show IS broadcasted on network tv WABC at 10 am (eastern time). So double check your local tv listing if you plan to try and catch this show.

I saw this a week ago and wondered the same thing (whether it would just be Ann and Nancy or the entire band). Hopefully the whole band will play.
That other guy on Craig Kilborn was Hear't keyboard player Darien. I can't remember his last name and I don't even think I could pronounce it if I could.

I hope they do have Gilby on this time. They should show him.

I just signed up for the Heart board (basically just to find out any info I could on The Wayne Brady Show). Someone had already posted a review of the performance. Supposedly it's just Ann and Nancy and they play with Wayne Brady's house band.
That is so fuckin stupid. Why would you go on TV and use a house band when the band you have kicks ten times more ass.

This is the second time they've done this! I don't understand why Heart doesn't "promote" Gilby to draw new fans to their music

I agree. I think it's really dumb to not have the whole band playing with them. It's one thing when you're doing an acoustic song to not have the band play. But it's stupid to play with a house band when you've got the best musicians right in your very own band.
I didn't even bother watching the show. As soon as I found out that the rest of the band wasn't going to play, I just blew it off. I hope they sounded good and everything, but I don't have much interest without Gilby.
