Heart - Press Release HEART PERFORMS ‘ALIVE IN SEATTLE’ AGAIN ON SEPTEMBER 5TH FOR EXPERIENCE MUSIC PROJECT AND VH1
HEART, Ann and Nancy Wilson’s rock supergroup is a Seattle-based band that stays true to their roots. They filmed and recorded Alive in Seattle, their recently released DVD (Image Entertainment) and Super Audio CD (Epic Legacy) at Seattle’s Paramount Theater, and earlier this summer kicked off their "Alive in America" summer tour at the area’s newly built White River Amphitheater. Now HEART is bringing their mega hits home again as they perform a unique concert, on September 5th from the Sky Church at the Experience Music Project that will be taped for a new VH1 television concert series. Although the EMP performance has just been announced as sold out, the broadcast dates for the VH1 five-part series will air weekly beginning September 16 at 8 pm.
HEART has just returned home from the blockbuster and critically acclaimed "Alive in America" tour and is preparing to enter the studio to record their new album with the same superstar band comprised of Gilby Clarke on guitar (Gun N’ Roses), Ben Smith on drums (Lovemongers), keyboardist Darian Sahanaja (Wondermints, Brian Wilson) and Mike Inez (Alice In Chains, Ozzy) on bass.

I was just on the VH1 site and on the 16th it has Live and 3 Doors Down as being the live bands from the EMP at 8:00 p.m. Heart's show must not be airing until one of the following couple of weeks seeing as how it says it's a five-part series that airs weekly.

VH1 always pulls this crap I know. I hate how they do this all the time. I just hope they still show it.

I just checked vh1.com again and it's not listed for the following Monday either which is Sept. 23. That episode is going to be Nickleback and Fuel live from the EMP at 8:00 p.m.
