HOST EMC Wasp: Q: Who's in your touring band this time around?
GilbySwag: Brian Tichy on drums and Stefan Adika on bass, and me; it's going
to be a power trio.
GilbySwag: /ga
HOST EMC Wasp: Q: lord only knows is the s**t!!! What inspired you to write
that song
GilbySwag: That's my favorite song on the Col. Parker record and I very
rarely write a song that personal.
GilbySwag: Usually I write from the observer's point of view, that song I
have had for years and years, it just never
GilbySwag: made it to a record.

GilbySwag: My all time favorite movie is GoodFellas and my all time favorite

GilbySwag: Sticky Fingers by the Rolling Stones.

HOST EMC Wasp: Q: Gilby, do you like doing the tribute CD's? What was your

HOST EMC Wasp: Q: Yo gilby...i dig the goatee...what inspired it?
GilbySwag: That is not a goatee, that is a full moustache and beard, I am
trying to get everyone to get rid of the goatee

GilbySwag: .ga
HOST EMC Wasp: Q: Is there anything different about writing a sing for a
movie compared to say an album? I mean, do they tell
HOST EMC Wasp: you "this is the plot of the movie now write something," or do
they just pick a song that already exists that
HOST EMC Wasp: rocks the theme of the movie?
GilbySwag: Yes, they pick a song that picks the theme of the movie and they
want a song like that.
GilbySwag: /ga
HOST EMC Wasp: Q: Just curious, but have you ever listened to Jeff Buckley?
If so, what did you think of his music?
GilbySwag: Not really, I have heard his music but I have never really gotten
into his music, I have never heard anyone
GilbySwag: say anything bad about his music.
